Peranakan flavor

The design concept was to create an authentic ethnic flavor of peranakan style. Creating a traditional foyer with decorative cement floor tile pattern at the entrance, it opens to a higher ceiling with old fashion dining pendant lamps and color-stained glass paneling. 

At the living, the wall has display shelves, featuring a commissioned art work by local artiste. The hand drawn acrylic painting depicted the frangipani tree which is a very popular in garden of a peranakan home. 

Textures and eclectic patterns and design are used in the selection of Interior materials on the walls and floors and furniture. 

Special design to recreate traditional paneled doors with colors, post beds, cabinets with décor tile inserts.
