The Interior of the Penthouse is designed to blend in with the Modern Architecture. Its theme is also created to suit the lifestyle of the client whom are modern and sophisticated. The neutral and achromatic color scheme is selected and simple and clean elements created the desired atmosphere to the home.

In addition, there are challenges in the space constraint for a few areas.  The design solutions such as creating additional space for dining by extending into the balcony, creating a breakfast Bar cum serving counter is both functional and aesthetic. Using part of the balcony space at roof terrace and create walk in wardrobe results in a more spacious Master Bedroom.

Material and finishes

With the special crystal white stone tile on the living & dining area, Neutral scheme with the use of dark walnut timber contrast with the tones and shades of gray is used. The TV feature wall is made up of cement board to created raw textural feel. The Glass panels also create contrast in texture.
