Modern Openness

The Design intent is an open concept in both interior and architecture design.

This is prevalent in the design of architecture and Interior. The open concept can be seen in the use of glass panels in the architectural elements of doors, stairways, and Bathrooms.  This carries through from the open concept kitchens, walk in wardrobes. The Living area is opened to the outdoor pond flowing around the house from the front to the back with a Koi Pond.    

The stair way is designed with floating steps and clear glass balustrade and a reflective pond below to catch the sunlight fall from the skylight above the stair well. The overall feel is a home that is spacious, airy and open.
